Russell Clark

Russell Clark, Non-executive Chairman
Mr Clark is an internationally experienced executive mining professional with over 40 years’ experience in board, senior corporate, operational and project development roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mineral Resources Engineering from the Royal School of Mines and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment Analysis from the Securities Institute of Australia. Mr Clark has held board and management roles and has been managing director and CEO at various ASX listed mining companies. Mr Clark is presently a Non-executive Director of Tungsten Mining Limited and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mathew O’Hara

Mathew O’Hara, Non-Executive Director
Mr O’Hara is a Chartered Accountant with extensive professional experience in capital markets, corporate financing, financial reporting and governance and has been employed by, and acted as Director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of several ASX-listed companies, predominantly in the resources sector. Mr O’Hara is currently a director of Benz Mining Corp (TSXV: BZ, ASX: BNZ), African Gold Limited (ASX: A1G) and Peak Minerals Limited (ASX: PUA).
Prior to these roles, he spent more than a decade working as an associate director at an international accounting firm in both the Corporate Finance/Advisory and Audit divisions, gaining significant experience with publicly listed clients across a diverse range of industries, including mining & metals, oil & gas, technology and infrastructure. He had a particular focus in M&A, valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and financial reporting.
Prior to these roles, he spent more than a decade working as an associate director at an international accounting firm in both the Corporate Finance/Advisory and Audit divisions, gaining significant experience with publicly listed clients across a diverse range of industries, including mining & metals, oil & gas, technology and infrastructure. He had a particular focus in M&A, valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and financial reporting.
Alexander Passmore

Alexander Passmore, Non-Executive Director
Mr Passmore is a qualified geologist with extensive corporate experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with First Class Honours in Geology from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia. Mr Passmore is an experienced corporate executive and company director and currently acts as Managing Director of ASX listed Rox Resources Limited. Mr Passmore has previously acted as Non-executive (and executive) Director of Equator Resources Ltd/Cobalt One Ltd (which merged with TSX-listed First Cobalt Corp), Non-executive Director of Aspire Mining Ltd, and CEO of Draig Resources (now Bellevue Gold Ltd). Mr Passmore is also a Non-executive Director of Cannon Resources Limited.

Mr Spencer is a seasoned mining executive, with extensive experience internationally and domestically operating large scale multi-site operations as well as small scale operations in both gold and base metals. With qualifications in both mining engineering and geology he has a strong background in mining, project funding, mine construction and development, permitting, evaluation, feasibility studies, JV management and corporate strategy.

Alastair Watts, Consulting General Manager Geology & Exploration
Mr Watts is a geologist with more than 25 years’ experience in exploration, mine geology and operations for major mining companies, primarily in iron ore, phosphate and gold. He has a strong track record of discovery, resource development and has taken projects through feasibility into production. His previous roles include Superintendent Geology and Quality Control for BHP Iron Ore and as General Manager Exploration at Centrex Metals.

Mr Wearing is a mining engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in operations, planning, consultancy, and corporate roles for major mining companies, primarily in open pit mining. He has a strong operational background in senior management roles on operating mines in Australia and internationally, with global experience across a range of commodities and styles of mineralisation. He is an expert in mine technical services in the areas of planning, mine engineering, production reporting, directing and production coordination.
